Intermittent Fasting: A New Way of Dieting

A few years ago, people were focusing on the traditional low-fat dieting. However, the time has changed so quickly that people are focusing more on fasting.

Similarly, intermittent fasting is a modern method of dieting in which people eat for a few hours in the time span of 24 hours. If you use diet pills that work fast without exercise during intermittent fasting, nobody can stop your body from burning fat like crazy.

It is always advisable that adopts intermittent fasting for 3 weeks and then goes for a break of a week.

Types of intermittent fasting

16/8 Method

16/8 method means that you are supposed to eat your three meals in 8 hours and keep fast for 16 hours. If you adopt 16/8 method for a 3 week diet, there is every chance that you’ll lose weight abruptly.

5:2 IT diet

5:2 method means that you are required to eat for 5 days normally and you’ll keep fast for 2 days of a week. Make sure that you eat fewer calories in the 5 days.

Eat-Stop-Eat

Eat-Stop-Eat mean that you’ll not eat anything for 24 hours. It means that you’ll be having only one meal and you’ll stop for eating for 24 hours. However, this method is not advisable more than two times in a week.

In short, intermittent fasting is a modern way of dieting and, still, it requires a lot of research to get penetration among the people.
